ABOUT THE MONICA BOSS CONSULTING + COACHING LOGO
This Monica Boss Consulting + Coaching graphic is inspired by the African Tabono symbol. Originally meaning “oar” or “paddle”, it represents strength, confidence and unity of purpose. The Tabono symbol is part of the larger body of Adrinka symbols used by the Ashanti people of West Africa, within Ghana. The logo also embodies chain links, another reflection of strength, but also, a reminder that we are all linked together - on teams and in life.
The use of red in the logo and purple in the text, to portray this symbol, further emphasizes its meaning. Historically, both red and purple dyes were difficult to come by, and therefore considered unique. Red is an energetic, lively color that communicates strength, power, confidence and visibility. Purple is often associated with royalty, but also portrays mystery, magic, spirituality, the sub-conscious and creativity.
